Types of Data Maintained by MATROES
The purpose, storage period and legitimacy of the data collected and maintained by MATROES is explained below. The interested party is informed that no commercial profiles will be generated and no automated decisions will be made.

Customer Data

MATROES will retain personal data for the provision of legal services requested by any client or potential client. Normally, the scope of such legal services will be delimited in the engagement letter signed between MATROES and the client. MATROES may also process personal data for pre-contractual purposes, for example in order to prepare a service proposal to the customer or potential customer.

For what purpose are the data processed?

The personal data of our clients will be processed for the development and execution of the services requested and/or contracted, which includes:

How long does MATROES store data?

The personal data processed by MATROES will be processed for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or the relationship between the parties remains in force and as long as the owner of the data does not express his opposition or revoke the consent given. Once this period has expired, and only in the event that it is necessary in accordance with current legislation, the data will be kept duly blocked for the legally established periods. Data of persons requesting information

Purpose: In the event that MATROES were to send commercial communications to an interested party, MATROES will request the express prior consent of the interested party for this purpose. Legitimacy: MATROES is entitled to keep the personal data for the execution of the service provision contract signed between MATROES and the service provider, as well as for any pre-contractual actions. MATROES is also entitled to the consent of the service provider, which may be reflected in the contract signed between MATROES and the service provider.

The communication of personal data is an essential requirement for the signing of the contract for the provision of services, so the service provider is obliged to communicate it to MATROES. In the event that the service provider does not provide your personal data, MATROES may refuse to sign the service contract, refuse to receive the services and/or terminate the legal relationship at any time.
