Access to the Portal is free of charge and the User undertakes to make proper use of it, in accordance with the conditions of this Notice, the applicable regulations in force, morality and public order.

Matroes is not responsible for the contents and services of those web pages that may be linked in the Portal beyond the responsibility assigned by Law 34/2002, of July 12, 2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, to the extent that it could have actual knowledge of the illegality of the contents and services provided in the linked web portal and does not disable the link with due diligence.
